I really loved this when I first received this for my birthday. Amazing results! I received this item in January, and it is only 6 months later in July. Sadly, the quality was short lived. The product has fallen apart, and the bristles come off. It hurts to use now. I will be shopping for another similar product, but I wouldn't recommend this to any of my friends or family.

Tried to like it but left my hair frizzy even though I applied product before blow drying

Pretty heavy and noisy. Doesn’t dry that well either. Takes several comb throughs to dry (works better if you blow dry first and then use-but then what’s the point if I had use a blow dryer already). So really not a one-step process.

The device works pretty well but mine makes such a loud whistling noise that it hurts my ears and I rarely use it because of that.

I envy the person who has enough time on their hands to wait for this thing to dry their hair

After about a year of using this product, it started throwing sparks, now I will not use it being that I am scared to burn my hair, overall it was good while it lasted.

I was hesitant initially about this product. I purchased this over Covid to give me some life. The first few tries were awesome- shiny, soft hair, volume I wanted. I didn’t use it for about 6-8 months and now it smells like burning like it may catch on fire. I read other reviews regarding this but wanted to take a chance. I’ve probably used this a total of 10 times since I had it and I don’t feel comfortable continuing to use it. :(

Liked it the few times it worked, but it just stopped working, completely!

still needs a flat iron in order for me to achieve a real bone straightened look. otherwise, it just makes my hair very pouffy as my roots are still bound to curl after using this. also not much faster considering that I have thick hair, I need to go over sections multiple times in order to get them dry. whole head still took an hour and it wasn’t even the look I wanted.

It makes your hair look amazing but at a cost. You won’t notice until a few weeks to months but this will ruin your hair.
