Too big and heavy! This would be a drudgery to use! Have lighter weight Revlon volumizer dryers that are much more user friendly. I question why the added weight for this model!
Shortage
The product would be wonderful if the cord did not have a shortage. I had to hold the cord a certain way just for the dryer to work.

it arrived with hair in it. luckily not a lot, but it still seems like it should arrive cleaned and not with someone’s else hair in it

I hate this dryer because it's so loud. The previous volumizing dryer I had was so quiet. Overall I don't feel this gives me a ton of volume

They definitely redid this brush because it’s not the same as before, which I thought was a good thing because when I previously got it in the past years ago, mine went on fire. But this one is not as heavy which can be a good thing, but I feel like it is very cheaply made. The biggest problem I had was that it smells like burning plastic. I literally had to return it back to target. My hair still smells like burning plastic and I wash it twice now and my whole entire bathroom in my apartment still smells like burning plastic…. Uhhhh no. I have another one that I got at Ross of a different brand. I will just stick with that one. I put two stars because it does do the job but I just can’t with the smell and I feel like it’s not going to last.
Hot Air Brush Dryer
I've used this three times and during the third time this thing overheated and stopped working. Even cooled it no longer works, will see if I can return. Super bummed as this worked amazingly the other two times I used it. (two stars for the times it worked)

It is HUGE. You'd be better off with a smaller product for medium-length hair.

I had this dryer for a year and it stopped working mid blowout. Literally caught on fire.
