Works so well!! I have thick, frizzy, curly hair and it takes me forever to blow dry and even so my hair isn’t even close to smooth and shiny. With this it leaves it soft and no frizz! It is a bit louder than a normal blow dryer if you’re sensitive to loud noise.

My honest review from wifey: Got this for around $30 when it went on sale. I have thick semi wavy hair that takes a long time to dry fully. If you are looking for something you can use to cut down your dry time this is not it. Still took a long time to dry and it didn’t get my roots fully dry maybe because I ran out of patience but my hair did look shiny and super smooth so the next time I did it I dried my roots with a hair dryer and then used the brush to finish which was much faster. I type all day and have been having issues with my hands so the barrel of the hair brush is too bulky and causes me pain when I just use the brush and don’t dry my roots with a dryer first. I wish the barrel were longer and had a skinnier section not to mention the material the teal one is made out of is slippery. Would have been great if it had rubber grips on the sides at least on the part you hold. Final thoughts: gives a sleek shiny finish to your hair and great for flipping your hair out but will not curl your hair. If you have thick hard to dry hair this will not dry it faster. I recommend using a hair dryer first to dry roots especially if your hair is hard to dry and you have arthritis or carpel tunnel in your hands but definitely worth the $30

Great tool but didn't work out so well for my purposes. I'm a minimalist and wanted to replace my blow dryer and flat iron with this brush. I have very fine hair so I expected it to be the answer I was looking for. The tool itself is easy to use, but works better on damp hair. If you have to go somewhere and don't have the time to let your hair dry a little bit, you'll still need a blow dryer. It leaves your hair with a lot of shine and body, and again it's super easy to use. Might work well for someone who is looking for a more low-key way to get their hair done

This is great. It gets really hot but was easy to use and gave me almost a salon look.

hard to get close to roots because of size but otherwise love it.

4.5 stars! With minimal salon trips this year, my fine, straight hair is longer and thicker than usual. This dryer/volumizer smooths while drying, letting me skip the flat iron to I usually use to smooth the ends. Dries quickly, flips hair, builds in body. The ONLY reason my review isn't 5-star: the handle. I have small hands, and the hand grip isn't incredibly comfortable to hold. Love everything else about it!

So I loved this hairdryer, I bought it last year and ever since I got it I set aside my fancy $150 hairdryer and have declared my loyalty to Revlon. HOWEVER, its now been about 11 months of using it daily, and this morning the plug started making scary noises in the outlet and then a poof of smoke came out, and I believe it is time for this baby to go to the trash. I'm pretty bummed that it only lasted 11 months, but I got it on sale for under forty dollars, so I can live with that. Unfortunately, not interested in buying a new one every years if the price is nearly $60, so I guess I will wait for another sale and until then I'm back to a brush and a blow dryer :(

Love this thing! I have really thick curly hair and it usually takes about an hour to blow dry, this only took 25 minutes! My hair is very soft and shiny, hardly any fizz compared to the blow dryer. Only con- it is quite loud, but that just might be my opinion

Only marking this down one star because of two reasons: 1) The “cool” setting is still warm air and 2) The control to switch between settings is at the bottom, and you have to twist the end to change, which requires two hands and you cannot do it while you already have it on your hair (example: you can’t switch between high setting and cool while your hair is still wrapped on it without using two hands. Otherwise this thing is fantastic! I even used it on dry hair to refresh my volume after sleeping on it and it worked! I would recommend this still because it works really well for volume. It’s just a flaw in the design that makes it less than ideal to handle, however the other option on the market doesn’t have the “cool” setring which is important to me (except it isn’t as cool as I’d prefer).

This blow dryer is AMAZING. One of the best purchases I have ever made for my hair. I have thick, wavy, frizzy hair from Florida and it works like a charm in keeping my hair looking beautiful. I usually have an issue with my hair frizzing up throughout the day but this helps soooo much! Definitely get a good heat protectant, though. The only downside I would have to say is the difficulty in cleaning out the bristles.
