I legit ordered this from Amazon and whoever delivered the package thought it would be a good idea to literally OPEN the package, steal the surface and just leave an empty box. They sealed it back up with amazon prime tape (it was double sealed). I picked it up off the porch and my mind was blown by how light the box was. No doubt it was light, it was nothing but 2 empty boxes. What a joke. Luckily amazon refunded me once I sent them all the pictures and evidence, apparently this is common. I purchased another and I have been content with it. I've owned several surfaces over the years and I've never had any issues. Battery life is decent on them, screens are hands down one of the best screens ever produced on a tablet/laptop, they are fast and efficient. Only negative, as always with these devices and any other ultra lights, is that if you are gaming on them it will reduce the battery life very quickly. Highly recommend leaving it plugged in while gaming.
