Bought for the grand kids, but the whole family had fun, all day. Each time we get together, we bring them. Ordered 2 extras. Love them!!

The kids have a great time playing with these. Hopefully you will never need to contact customer support, but if you do they are very friendly and have helped me out when a gun was giving me issues.

Gift for young nephew... he loves it, (actually everybody loves it... adults too)! One tag gun didn't work at time of arrival, company was super easy to work with and replaced it right away. The training bot was a selling point for us and it does not disappoint, (we will order more of those). Wish the 4 pack gun set came with more than one bot.

I had purchased a set of two just to see if my boys liked playing with them; they had so much fun that I purchased a second set so that everyone could play at the same team. The guns are really cool with the ability to be on teams switch between different types of guns (pistol, machine gun, grenade launcher, etc...). Unfortunately one of the guns wasn't working. It was able to shoot the other guns but it wouldn't take any hits. I contacted the company with the issue and they got back to me quickly and willing offered to replace the gun. I gave this product a 5 because even though one was messed up the problem was resolved by very kind customer service. These really are fun!The replacement returned within 2 days.

Really Fun! My kids love them (so does my husband). I want to buy two more so we can all play at once. The sound effects are excellent and the amount of options you have are cool and unexpected. They’re also bigger than I imagined and make you feel powerful when playing! I feel like it’s a great value! No complaints!

I did some review searching before ordering this item and I was a little bit hesitant, but I ordered them praying they were going to arrive and work for us. I am so happy to find that all of the guns were functioning properly.Tip: take your time to get to know the gun, it is not complicated at all and it has several fun features, so make sure you read the guide they send you. We decided to make a little war to try them and it was so much fun!! My child is so excited to use them every day!
