The heater arrived, but somehow got damaged (top part that was protected by packing material). It seems to be cosmetic, though, and the heater works well enough so I'm not too concerned. If I notice that it affects the operation, I will update this review and contact the seller.UPDATE: Johnny from Upstreman reached out to me and offered to replace the damaged unit or issue a $30 credit. Considering that the damage appears to be only cosmetic, I chose the partial refund. After sending a few pics of the item and damaged box, it was clear that the damage occurred during shipping. Johnny immediately processed the refund. There was no discussion of changing my rating or updating my review.I'm changing my rating, by the way, because I think this is a 5-star product (with exceptional customer service), and it wasn't fair of me to penalize the company/product for something that most likely occurred during transit.After living with it for several days, I'm very impressed with the amount of heat it puts out. It's perfect for a bedroom or small area and, I'm sure, will be cheaper than using my electric baseboard heaters. I highly recommend it.

I was really impressed with the quality and output of this small heater. It's very quiet, but not silent. Nice distribution of heat. Choice of oscillating or not, plus 2 speeds for each. Great value!

Update on the update: SO I was explained 1. The rattling noise is because the heater has a metallic ball inside, once the heater is hit down, the ball will trigger the power-off device to avoid burning. The metallic ball will make rattling noise when the product is shaken. 2. Our heaters are designed with internal oscillation, meaning there is no mechanical body rotation to the heater, which will make it a lot safer, quieter, and last longer than traditional heaters. They were so kind to refund my 2nd order and I am able to keep the item great customer service by Johnny. Update: Received the new one today, I am disappointed, this one has a rattle as well. It also is not oscillating either. The only good thing is that the heat works but THATS IT! I will be returning for a refund. I just received my heater literally 10 minutes ago, pulled it out of the box and yes there's a rattling noise, plugged it up just to see if it will still work. Heat comes on but it DOES NOT oscillate. I have sent this back for a replacement. I will update this post once I get the replacement and see how it does.

I've gone through about 4 different heaters on Amazon and not a single one could heat up a bedroom. This was my 5th attempt and it will definitely heat up a large bedroom. The heater itself it's very nice, sleek, modern and quite large. Straight out of the box, there was rattling inside the heater. (I've seen reviews mention this) it's tru. But it's not broken. That rattling is the emergency sensor button that theyve placed on the inside. If you bump it or it falls over, it will shut off. But if you gently pick it up or lay it down, the sensor is not sensitive enough to shut off. Thats a safety hazard in itself. The other con is the settings. In the center, you have "off" to the left of the off notch is warm and hot. These settings will turn on the heat and keep it in one place. To the right of the off switch is another warm and hot. Only these options cause the heat to rotate internally. So the heater itself will not rotate but inside it, the vent will pan right and left. All in all, great heater with a few cons.

Slightly noisy and does not have a remote or temp sensor but good value for $
