I ordered a black one and did not get the item pictured. I am not happy with the one I received. The disc on the left for the phone is about a 3 inch round circle and not oblong like the one pictured. You have to be very careful how you place your phone or it won't charge. I will probably send it back.

I had to break the watch portion and then glue it back. I broke it to put it at an angle so the watch would stay on. Being upright the watch wouldn’t maintain the connection and would frequently not charge. After breaking it and glue it at an angle it’s incredible. It’s amazing that the manufacturers can’t think of these little things.

I really wanted to love this charger, and it seemed like I should, but it’s been just over a year and it cut off with no warning.Two days ago, I put my phone and watch on the stand before bed and they charged properly. Last night, I put them back on the stand, but there was no telltale chime to let me know they were charging. I checked and, sure enough, no charge.Double checking the plug at both ends confirmed that the only issue was with the charger.This had already happened once only weeks after purchasing the stand, and I received a replacement. Now, the same thing happened; I’m not going to give this charger a third chance.

So I bought this with the idea that I’d have a watch and phone charger, since I’m not an AirPods person, but the charger randomly stops charging my phone, which at nearly $100 shouldn’t be happening. Other than that, I love it, but since charging my phone is it’s main job, seems like it should be able to do that. The watch charger always works FYI. I’m not returning it, but heed this warning.

I’ve had mine since may of last year and the wireless connection for the phone no longer charges. Nothing has happened to it and it’s sat in the same spot since purchase.

Please note, you cannot have a rugged or otherwise bulky in anyway, case or protector on your watch. The cellphone holder will charge with a case on it but the watch will not. Sorta disappointed with that fact.

Looks pretty good, I don’t have problems with the speed of the watch charger, but is kind of annoying the speed of the phone charge.

Worked great for the first 3 weeks. Today the phone part stopped working. The iphone xr was in the charger all night but didn’t recharged. This morning I took the case off the phone, unplugged and plugged the charger back in. It does not work. The watch charger still works fine. I will be returning it.

Its okay, a little expensive for what you get. So you get a built in charger puck for your watch, a wireless charger for your iPhone, as well as a usb port with 5v 2 amp (Slow charger) The watch puck holds your watch in bedside mode at the perfect angle, but it is a little to close to the phone charging station, you have to carefully arrange them when you put it on. The reason for 3 stars is one, it hums when using the wireless phone charging!!! I took another star off for the slow USB port on the back, for being a little cramped, and not being able to charge your phone horizontally. It does include an ac adapter, and is presented nicely in its box.

UPDATE: I think I wasn’t clear in my original post about what’s making the charging noise constantly. It is/was the watch charger. Never had any issue with the phone charger. I figured out what the problem was. It was the protective plastic case on my watch. Once I removed it, problem solved. However I would never imagine a piece of plastic would cause charging problems. It is very thin and it doesn’t cover the charging area at all. If the phone charger capable of charging with case, I’d expect they applied the same principle to the watch charger. That’s why it’s 3 stars.This thing looks great. Materials are very quality. Exactly what I needed. Unfortunately it is defective. And probably not just the unit I have since others complain about the same problem. Most likely due to a design flaw.Once the phone/watch reaches 100% charge, it starts making charging/chirping sound every 2-3 minutes non-stop. You can imagine how annoying that is.If this thing worked properly, it is the best charger for your phone/watch combo.To be 100% sure I ordered a replacement just in case only the unit I have is defective and it is not a general design flaw. I hope not. I will update my review after receiving the replacement.
