Wireless phone charger is so weak it cannot charge phone without removing case. Was bought as a gift so I did not learn that it was a piece of crap until after the return window closed. Had bought a Belkin model for myself that charges the phone in the case without issues. So thought I was safe to buy what I thought was the same model as a gift. Could not have been more wrong. Companies today keep on making things cheaper so you need to pay attention to what you spend you money on. Should have realized that when the charger received did not match the picture there might be a problem.

In order to use this device, I had to take the protective devises off my phone and watch. This is really annoying as I liked the specs of this item. Nice to be able to charge my phone, watch and ear buds. But it’s a pain having to take off all the safeguards.

Purchased through Amazon “return”, did not say it needed additional usb to usb cord, or it just wasn’t returned the first time!! Doesn’t charge my phone half the time and I had to remove the case from my watch so it would fit!! I just went back to the original cords!!

Did not charge well. MagSafe connection is not good. Waste of $85.

So I purchased this after my previous Belkin phone+watch charger died after 2 years of use. I was told by Belkin customer service that their warranty on accessories is limited to 2 years and mine just went past that so there is nothing they can do. I purchased this one on 6/8/2020, and it is dead as of 10/10/2022. Again, a little more than 2 years, which is beyond their warranty. Coincident? Maybe, but I’d like to think otherwise.

Woke up several mornings to have my watch and phone not charged even tho it said charging before going to sleep. Tried it without case and still barely charged. Stopped using months ago, forgot about it until I went to put my new charger in its place. Would have returned, outside return window.

I just bought this. Have a new iPhone 14 Pro Max. Tried it out and won't charge through my case but my other chargers do charge through my case. Don't buy unless you want to take your case off every time you want to charge.

NOT EASILY transported...bulky...does NOT fold down...So footprint in your carry-on is big...and does NOT fit into your carry-on computer bag for an airplane, so allocation for TOO much space in your main luggage is cumbersome.

Bought it in October as a Christmas present so didn’t open it.Turns out that it’s a cheaper 2-in-1 version, doesn’t have a UsB port in it like it should, and on top of that the Apple Watch charger doesn’t even work. Watch charges fine with the Apple cable charger, but in this doesn’t charge and light doesn’t come on.Utter $108 rip off.

It broke after 2 weeks - it stopped charging my iPhone 14. The watch charger still works - but without the phone charger it's useless.
