Depends if you have an Apple Ultra Watch

I've had two of these for a couple years and they generally work well. As others have mentioned, any iPhone case has to be rather thin and you can't have something metal inside the case (credit cards and cash are okay, but metal multi tool devices in case pockets won't work). It has only been recently when I upgraded to the Apple Ultra Watch that I started running into problems where it won't charge the watch. In fairness, you can still charge the watch, but the Ultra is so big it doesn't easily or obviously align properly to be charged. Many days in the past few months, I went to use the watch, after hanging on the stand, and couple hours later I find it is dead. You have to very carefully align the watch and look at the charging indicator to ensure it is fully connected and charging. In the past I would just throw it on the stand and I could count on it being charged in the morning, but not now. Still recommend, but with caution. Other brands allow the watch to hang and I wonder if those would align better.

Convenient charger, difficult to plug in phone and fairly slow

It is nice to be able to charge everything with one charger, but it is fairly slow for phones. It has held up very nicely thought!

Good but has some quirks.

I bought what was listed as open box/used. The box was damaged but the charger itself was perfect, no scratches or blemishes. It comes with a power adapter though it is bulky. Apple Watch charges no problem but as far as the phone it will not charge if you have a thicker case on nor if you use a MagSafe case. Taking the phone out of the case and it works really well.

Phone stand is not as shown.

I don't know if this is an older style or what but it's acceptable. The box is labeled correctly and with correct image.

Works well. Great company.

I bought it as a gift for my mom. Within two weeks, it stopped working. She called the company who apologized and rush-shipped a new one to her without hassle. That one has had no problems and she loves it. It charges her phone and watch and sits on her bedside table. She doesn’t travel with and thinks that taking it down to travel would be a bit cumbersome but she loves it.

A bit flimsy for the price

The first night I tried to use it, my iphone 8 wouldn't charge - not matter how I positioned it. I'm not sure the extra USB plug in was working either but the Apple Watch 6 charged OK. So I started the return process. Not sure why, but before I repacked it, I unplugged it and plugged it back in to try one more time. It worked! Not sure why it didn't the first time because it was plugged in - I know that because the Apple Watch was apple to recharge. I'll hold on to it and hopefully if there's a problem it will show itself again before the return timeframe expires.Separate from that issue, the charging station is a bit flimsy - not something I think it worth the price. Frankly the only reason I am purchasing it is that it has the extra USB plug so I can use it to charge my ipad mini. The negative on that is that it takes forever to charge compared to other chargers I have but again, because it has the 3 features I need I feel the convenience outweighs the negatives.

Easy to use but slower charging

Works fine and easy to set phone and watch on vs always finding chargers to plug in. Bulky for travel and charging slower than plug in. Good for overnight.

Convenient Wireless Charger

I use this to charge my iPhone and Apple Watch together on my bedside. I have a case and my phone and the device can charge the phone though the case. Having the ability to charge with a 2in1 device is very convenient and I can have more space on my bedside table.I don’t like that the black version has this “glossy” finish on the reverse side of the charger. The plastic finish scratches really easy and collects dust and finger prints. This is more of a personal preference. The power adapter that goes into the base of the dock could be better. It uses a barrel plug and plugs in on the under side. If you were to pull the cord at a 90 degree angle downward, you could potentially break off the barrel connector. There is a USB output on the base of the charger. You can use this to charge your non-Apple devices or anything that can charge using USB.

Happy with the product, a little big for a travel charger, but not impossible.

Charges both the Apple Watch 4 and my iPhone XS Max which has an Apple battery case quickly. I have a wireless charging puck but after I put the battery case on the phone I would frequently not charge my phone all the way or sometimes even at all. I don’t know if I needed to place the phone at a specific spot but with this charger I just place the phone on the phone support portion of the charger and it charges. Kind of big for use as a travel charger, but handy that both a phone and the watch can be charged needing only one 120 vac outlet instead of two. A lot of older hotels don’t have a lot of outlets or they are buried behind furniture.

Works pretty good

I like it. My iphone 11 charges up even in its Apple Case (mine does not have the battery pack). My "0 Series" apple watch charges quickly as well. I have Air Pods 2 with charging case but have to use the cable that plugs into the back. It's a nice set up as the phone and watch do not lie flat so you can see them easily. My only hesitation from giving it a 5 is that the instructions say to "Unplug it when not using". not sure if that means it will over heat or damage it. So Its an extra step I'm not sure about. But better safe than sorry.
