Product advertises WiFi speeds of up to a gigabit, but the Ethernet port on the router is only 100Mbps. This is fine if your internet speed is 100mbps or slower OR these guys are just in AP mode, but aside from that these will just be a bottleneck.

The extender had a stray pencil mark and was dirty.

Product only has two Ethernet ports, and they are both 100Mbps. Most people purchase higher speeds than that from their ISP, but you won’t see the speed as the Ethernet connection between the Deco and you modem will be the bottleneck.

turned my 1gb speeds to less than 100mbps. not sure how or why. no matter what configuration, the speeds were abysmal. wifi signal strength means nothing when the speeds are so slow.

Had to give 1 star cause wouldn't allow 0. After 6 months of use and constant struggle and several phone calls to the company, I'm having to buy another router bc this mesh system only uses about 2 mbps internet speed and constantly drops signal every where, even right next to the main device. The app won't allow you to do a speed test so you have to do a speed test online. Customer service puts you on hold for over 30 minutes without warning or explanation and refuse to do any thing to fix the issue except have you unplug the device for 1 minute then turn back on. Would not suggest this product or any of the tp link products after all this poor service
