The tube was completely dry. No product in the tube.

I used the conditioner and the serum like the product suggested. The morning after my eyelids were puffy and red. I only used it twice then stopped because the products made my eyes red and sensitive. Returned the conditioner but they won’t let me return the serum which is weird.

I had high hopes because of Tick Tock reviews, however, I was disappointed when my left eyelashes started falling out. Wish I could return them but I can’t.

The first week that I used it I had a sty on both eyes, it burned when I put it on and it made my lashes break and fall out.

Within 48 hours of using my eyes were bloodshot and fiancé worried about me… this photo is a couple hours after using redness reliever drops. Disappointed that the item isn’t eligible for return.

The media could not be loaded. I was very excited to use this eyelash serum and per instructions one dip is supposed to be enough for both eyelashes however after trying atleast a handful of times every time I tried to use the brush remained dry when I pulled out of container, disappointed as I was looking forward to using. Returned and replacement bottle is being sent so I will update again to see if new bottle is better and if serum works at all.

It might just be me but I never get red eyes. My eyes became severely inflamed and red. I had to immediately discontinue use. I almost had to call out of work as it was so bad that I thought I had pink eye.

I have been very happy with the product and get a regular subscription sent. However when I opened my most recent one it was completely dry. So I contacted Amazon customer service and got the message back that there was nothing to be done and would. Like to order something else……. Not happy about that obviously.
