The bottle is empty, nothing comes out the little container. I thought maybe it’s the brush not picking up the product so I tried with a spooly and again nothing….

Very frustrated as this is either a defective tube or fraudulent. Does not feel the same as BabeLash. There is a tingling Babelash causes and this does not. When I went to return it, the item comes up as “not eligible” which I did not find noted. Under Returns it actually stipulates “If the product *doesn't state another returns time frame, our standard 30-day return policy applies”. 0 stars.

I’ve used many lash serums and they’ve always worked. This one has not worked AT ALL. I’m highly disappointed I spent my hard earned money on this one.

After using this product once The skin around my eyes was burned. The burns on the skin around my eyes was so severe I needed to seek medical attention. Because I was 2 days late in reporting the issue I was not allowed a refund. This is not how I expected to be treated by Amazon considering how much I purchase from them. After reading reviews (something I should have done before buying) I see that this is not an isolated incident. Why Amazon would continue to sell this product is completely unacceptable.

I woke up with my entire eye area including eyeballs red, swollen, and irritated after just one use. I’ve used many other lash serums with no issues but this one is no joke. No matter how much I wash with cold water, it still burns. Would not recommend.

I bought this product after seeing it on TikTok. The reviews also seamed fairly positive. After purchasing, I realized I should’ve done more research. This product contains PGA’s, which can cause many negatives side effects. My eyes became red and now I have a dark ring on my eyelids and waterline. I do think this started to grow my lashes, but the side effects are not worth it.

This is my second product from them where the lid detached from the stick. I am not rough at all on this! It sucks because the solution works. But they need to figure out their bottle. Eating all 1’s so they notice this review and do that.

I’ve been using this for weeks and my lashes haven’t budged!! Either my lashes are defective or the tube I got is🥺
