Oakley sunglasses frames, yet stylish and attractive, are plastic pretty much like any other frames. The reason they cost so much are the lenses. Their lenses are superior to other lenses. Do a little research on how they make their lenses and you will understand.

There’s Oakley. Enough said. These things are bullet proof. Very well designed and made in the USA. Very durable sunglasses that can take a serious beating. I once ran a pair over backing out of my driveway and just had to put the lenses back in.

Love these glasses! Very comfortable, and ride light on the bridge of your nose. This is my third pair. They hold up well in the rough environment I work and play in. Had to buy this latest pair, after I dropped my old Gascans in the river. I wish they floated! Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, reliable pair of sunglasses.

So I have had these glasses for years. One day in my infinite wisdom I took them off and set them on the hood of my car. Later that evening I realized I no longer had them. The next day I returned to the location on the interstate where I had last seen them. Well, out of everything my glasses had been through they could not withstand the crushing weight of a 18 wheeler. I was devastated. Not only was my heart and soul crushed my eyes were in agony as the sun's rays burned my retinas. While on the hunt for new glasses I found Amazon sold my model!! I couldn't hit order fast enough. I recieved my glasses, put them on, and felt as if my life was once again complete!
