It was easy to assemble. The back could have been a little higher. But overall for the price, it is ok.

When we received the couch, the box it was in was ripped to pieces. NO HARDWARE! We called the company, they told us the hardware was taped to the box in one corner. Well, the corners of the box were missing, it was that torn up. Customer Service Rep told us she would email us to see if she could find some hardware for us. 😳 Really?!? I’ve been in retail 40 years, this isn’t the customer service I was looking for. 2 days later We received an email saying they would refund $20 to us so We could go to the hardware store and buy what We needed to put the couch together and they sent us the list of everything We needed. OK, grrr, cost us $25, but we got everything. Then we started putting the THING together. It wasn’t easy. Mr. Man was already sick of the couch before we started putting it together, so can we say HAPPY DAY,, uhhh naw! It was a pain in the butt to put together. Hard to get everything lined up, and YES, we watched the video on how to put it together and not tighten bolts until they were all in. Again, GRRRRR— couch together, I love the way it looks.This is a very low back couch. You can’t sit back and lean against the back and be comfortable. BUT, if you are like me, I take my coffee and blanket to the deck early in the morning, pile all the pillows on one end and lay down. Super comfy this way. I’m 5’9 and I can lay comfortably.This couch is very sturdy (after $25 worth of bolts).It sets in front of my pool cubby, where there is a big plastic truck tool box that I keep all of our pool toys & live jackets in. I scoot the couch back and forth when the grandkids are here to get to the toys. The couch stays sturdy.Overall I love the couch, most people won’t have the same issues with the hardware. I do wish the backrest was a little higher, but I placed it in front of the pool deck and when we lean back, we have that behind us.

The cushions are a bit thin, & the throw pillows are a bit deflated, but for 180$ what can you really expect these days.. all in all, I’m happy with it. I do plan to make or buy replacement cushions & pillows.

The instructions are fine, what I found to be the problem is that the holes don't align very well, it makes it hard to screw it together. Allen wrenches aren't easy to tighten by hand when that screw is at weird angles making it tough to turn. I think that part could have been made a bit better. I like the color of the wicker part and the cushions are nice and soft. I haven't had it long, I am hoping it holds up well in an outdoor environment. I am contemplating getting a couch cover to protect against the rain, based on other reviews. The couch is accurate to sizing and color

Super cute, but it took me a day to get over it. My fingers still hurt. The directions are super easy to follow, but that's not the problem. The problem is alllll the many screws you have to put in. I felt like I was tightening these things forever. And there are SO many. I would suggest only screwing each half way when adding a piece. Then screw a little more and a little more till completely tightened. Otherwise you will have a screw that won't match up (learned that the hard way). Also, if you have access to power tools or a socket wrench it might save your sanity, seriously.

I like the quality and it’s easy to assemble. It can fit 3 people. The back height of the structure when sitting is low which can cause discomfort for some people. You can add more pillows to support your back. If you’re older you may want a different couch. Overall it’s a great size for a small space and gets the job done.

I was a little skeptical beyond purchasing, but I actually quite enjoy this product. The price was adorable compared to most I had viewed on other sites and it was the perfect size for my long narrow porch fitting. (I did take measurements before buying and would highly suggest this before doing so that there is no disappointment) I assembled with my grandfathers help and it took us all of 40 minutes to put everything together from start to finish. This can be done with 1 person, but the extra set of hands did help with speeding up the process. There were only 3 pillow cushions in the packing which left little padding for comfort so I did end up purchasing some large square outdoor pillow coverings through Amazon which I filled will old cheap throw pillows (I would recommend this for a more full and comfortable look and feel). Overall happy with the product, the table came with a glass top which really just pulled everything together.

This is a budget furniture so you will not get superb and sturdy quality. That said, we specifically wanted a easily portable and compact seating for our patio space and this was the right choice. The seating is good for kids and light adults (under 200 lbs). It’s probably not the best choice for larger adults.

I didn’t have an issue putting this together, my problem is that it rained the next day and I didn’t pull them inside. It was almost 100 degrees the day after it rained and the cushions DID NOT DRY! I got water proof pillows and the water basically bounced off them. I wish I would’ve known the cushions were not waterproof. Otherwise is looks good.
