This is a purple dinosaur and he has a green dinosaur to match. They race around the kitchen floor for hour growling & flashing. When I bought these for my grandson last winter there was paper work (pamphlets, etc) telling the great product I purchased. I agree except for one thing--the tab that holds the batteries inside the purple didn't fit real well, but, we managed. We put tape over the tab and that seemed to work for awhile. Until one day we neglected to tape it & the tab fell off and eventually the batteries fell out. Is there any way I could purchase a tab to put on the dinosaur belly so he can run around again? Right now we just set him in a corner to listen to him roar! Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Loved it!! Light up great, walked great and made sound too. Purple and colorful when all lite up. Lots of fun.

My granddaughter Loves it!! He lights up and keeps moving and Never shuts up unless you turn it off or the batteries die! You have to train kids to make sure they turn it off after they finish playing with it and don't leave it in their bedroom during bedtime bc if they sneak and play with late at night it will wake up the household...LOL.

I can't vouch as to how long this thing will last with a 3 year old rambunctious grandson !!! But the look on his face when he opened the package was worth a lifetime of smiles !!! He figured out quickly how to turn it on and off but it was rarely off the whole time we were there. He would turn it on, set it down on the floor, lay next to it, watching it light up, growl and walk. He was totally fascinated with this toy !!! The growling does get a little annoying after the first 10 minutes or so, I have to admit !

Lights up, roars, and walks just as described Little nephew loves it. Ordered for Christmas present and it’s still working! Highly recommend for any Dino lover. 🦖🦕🦕🦖

I purchased this dinosaur as a Christmas present for my nephew after reading the many reviews stating how annoying this thing was. I was torn between this dinosaur and a drum set. (My children are a few years older than my nephew and my brother has spend those years harassing my family with obnoxious gifts for my children) Initially, my nephew was terrified of it. I was pretty sad. After a few weeks though, the phone calls and texts came rolllllling in from my sister in law telling me how annoying it was and how much she hated me for buying it. Its January 26th and the last hate text I recieved was from last week. I'm really hoping I can keep this up until December of 2020. I have no idea how I'll out do the dinosaur.

So, I bought this and a dinosaur book for my three year old nephew because the kid really freaking loves dinosaurs. I have no idea how I missed the fact that it lights up and roars. We were all very surprised when he pulled it out of the box and the thing started roaring non-stop at a surprisingly loud volume. This was one of his favorite gifts he received, unfortunately. The thing does not make one roar, oh no, this thing roars until you can't take it anymore and it has to be put away. That being said, I feel like it was a really good value. The lights are pretty, and the movement is fun.Plus, my sister in law is the one who has to listen to it because we live two hours away from them. Win-win.
