Pretty much does what you'd expect. Waddles forward while making a very grating roar-like sound and flashing lights. We got it to confuse our cats, which it does.

My only issue with this toy...it doesn't automatically turn off. Thank goodness it was for my grandson and it stays and HIS house haha!

My grandson loves this and so far its standing up to his playing.
