This thing does not shut up if the on switch is on. If on the lights light up, walks and roars nonstop until you turn off or the batteries die. The roaring is very loud and annoying. Most toys would have a timer and stop if not being played with but this does not. Would not buy again or gift to anyone.

seriously tho, please make it turn itself off after 3 minutes or less. so, please let us control how loud it gets. so many things could make this a better toy. my 19m old gets tired of it after a min of listening to it an then it gets annoying.

No remote come with it. Volume control didn’t work, and I will not gift it again. I purchased three of these and they are all the same. My 3 and 5 year old just think they are figurines and won’t let us have them back, so I can not return these, but my 6 year old granddaughter gave it back and said oh no it broke and was done with it.

I was initially very pleased with this toy. It was a gift for my son's 4th birthday, and he got about 48 hours worth of play time with it before both left legs stopped working. My son doesn't really care, but I did expect it to last longer than two days. It didn't even suffer any drops or throws as my son is very careful with his toys. Overall, a disappointment, and I missed the return window by only a week because I bought it several weeks before his actual birthday.

Cheaply made broke within a hour!!!!

My son loved this toy for Christmas. The only thing I don't like is that the dinosaur roar is non stop. I wish there was a switch to turn off the sound but still allow the dinosaur to walk and the lights on. The sound and lights stopped working. We replaced the batteries and it still won't work. The case and springs that hold the batteries seem to be poor quality. The spring doesn't have a tight fit for connecting. Seems like a cheaply made toy.

Broke with the first play. Do not recommend

I bought one for my grandson and it did not work at all when opened. I ordered a second one and it did not work either until I dropped it on the floor accidentally, then it would make noise but still not move. I did not return either as they were cheap to begin with and didn't feel like dealing with the hassle. I don't recommend buying this item. With this being said I could have gotten my money back and free shipping so that part is my fault.

If you're looking for a bigger dinosaur, keep looking!!

My grandson loves this; however, it has many faults. After less than an hour of play and one short drop from coffee table to carpeted floor, it no longer walks. The legs still move, but it can’t walk Other cons: the roaring sound is loud with no volume control. We wound up putting electrical tape over the speaker to help. It also does not time out. There’s one on/off switch for everything, and if it’s left on, it will keep going until the batteries give out (which doesn’t take that long). It’s too bad there wasn’t a little more thought put into these features, because it truly was a hit with him!
