This was a Christmas gift for my daughter who loves dinosaurs! It was super great for a couple weeks and then it stopped working. We thought the batteries just ran out but when we went to change them, there was some sort of liquid oozing out and no other batteries would work. This was a big bummer for my daughter as she loved that this toy walked by itself

Don’t buy after 2 weeks it’s broken and when I contacted the Seller I have never got a response!

Bought this for my son who loves dinosaurs and had to return it after one day because the sound was the most annoying sound I’ve ever heard from a toy. There is no volume control. It is a constant loud noise that doesn’t even sound like a dinosaur. Just awful!

Please help! I ordered two of these types of dinosaurs and one works great but in the other the batteries are constantly getting jostled to the point where it doesn’t work. I started the process of replacing the item but it automatically selected the replacement item to be sent to the original shipment address which is not the accurate address to use this time. I cancelled the replacement order in the hopes of being able to edit the shipment info, but now it appears to just be cancelled with no way for me to resend the replacement item but I am still committed to sending back the broken original item. I still want to replace the toy because the kids love it, but want it to be shipped to another house (original was sent to the house where we would be spending Christmas). I hope to be able to edit my review to 5 stars for a great toy and great customer service, so I hope to hear from someone soon with assistance!

I was hoping it would have lasted longer than 3 weeks. The tip of the tail broke to a sharp tip and one of the legs is broken, so the toy can’t stand on all fours.. Also was also irritating because when turned on, it roars the whole time, No pause, unless you turn it off.

This is an extremely cheap toy and it shows. There is no way to modify the sound - it keeps making the sound as long as the toy is on and there is no volume control. The dinosaur walks and the lights work, but you cannot use the lights ans walking feature without the sound, which is loud and tinny. The plastic it is made of is really cheap and easily broken, which isn't great for rough toddlers. Overall, not a great toy and very annoying.
