This Bobby Flay 5.5 quart cast enamel Dutch Oven is a great Dutch oven for the home cook. It is very heavy duty, so it seems like it will last a while. The cast enamel design allows for excellent heat distribution and easy cleaning. I like how versatile this Dutch oven is as you can use it both on stove top and the oven. Overall, this is a great cooking utensil. 
BEAUTIFUL, perfectly distribution heat, cooks faster, cleaning it was easy as it seems non stick, I love the cute design, very heavy and seems to be very durable. I am enjoying this one for sure.

I love Bobby Flay and I’m also a fan of GreenPan appliances so I was really excited to try this Dutch oven. I used this Dutch oven for the first time today to make some delicious chili, and it did not disappoint! At first I was worried that the size was going to be too big for our family of three, but while I was cooking the chili I realized none of the chili is splattering everywhere, and realized it’s actually the perfect size. It’s so beautiful and the quality is amazing. I used very little oil and none of the food was sticking to the bottom of the pot. You can use this in the oven up to 500°. This Dutch oven (like most) is hand wash only and not microwave safe. This is the perfect gift for anyone who enjoys cooking.
This pan is AHHMAZING. Very heavy, glossy, durable. My husband loves it, and it will be amazing for stews! It heats evenly and comes clean super easy too! Best enameled pan we have ever had.
I love this 5.5qt enameled cast iron dutch oven - Bobby Flay by Greenpan. It has a beautiful deep navy blue glaze. The lid is dimpled and sits tight and evenly on the pot and has a large round knob. The handles are wide and slanted up for secure hold. It cooks food evenly, stove top and in the oven. I've sauteed and fried in it, I'm excited to try baking in it next. It's large, easy to clean, and heavy as expected.
