Works amazing. Best purchase I have made all year. Perfect rice every time

I was nervous about spending 200 on a rice cooker but this little kitchen implement is a game changer! My rice is consistent and delcious. Its not the fastest rice cooker I used but it doens't every burn the rice and cooks it consistently every time. The delay timer is great when I want rice ready as soon as I get home from work. Would highly recommend.

I bought this to have a smaller, lighter capacity rice cooker and gave my other Zojirushi micom to my niece. Great rice and steel cut oatmeal just the same high quality you come to expect from Zojirushi!

It has every preset I need. The shape and color are more modern which is great since I leave it out on my counter. Rice turns out mostly perfect but sometimes the middle is soggy even in only half pot full. This happens even immediately after completion shifting the rice around. Also the spatula is a bit short for use with a full pot of rice, your hand will touch the sides of the bowl it get very hot from steam. Overall I’m very happy with it so just wish it had longer spatula and cooked rice as perfectly as people claim. Also I’d recommend instead of doing the max steel cut oats for 3 scoops, lower it to 2.5 and 3 water level. Otherwise it’s too dry. It’s more than good enough though and I will buy this brand in the future if this appliance lasts a long time.

Used to boil rice and have it be a toss up whether or not it would end up crunchy. Since I got the rice cooker I've had good rice every time.

Sleek design. It really stands out on my kitchen counter. However it takes 50 minutes to cook 3 cups of Jasmine rice! Which is 10 minutes longer than 40 dollar rice cooker that I previously had. So when in a rush plan accordingly.
