This bag was listed on our baby registry. At first we loved the bag. After 2 weeks of use the shoulder strap started ripping in three different locations. Save your money and find another bag.

I like the design and functionality until one of the stroller straps broke. I contacted the manufacturer (not Eddie Bauer) that licenses the EB name and received a replacement at no charge after many calls and emails. The second bag we received broke when the fabric ripped away from the zipper of the main compartment. Unfortunate that quality is so low with this item.

I got this for my son who is now 1 month old and it is terrible. It holds his changing pad and that about it in the big pocket, which is the skip hop changing pad. And when you try to put things in the other pockets, there isn’t any room. Its way to small, especially with a newborn who needs EVERYTHING when going out. I’ll be returning it.

At first this diaper bag seemed to be perfect however, after only having it 9 months, the zipper stitching on the main pocket has separated leaving a very large hole. If you plan on purchasing a diaper bag for the long haul, I suggest you look elsewhere.

TERRIBLE do not buy. Have had this diaper bag less than a year, and it’s falling apart. Very low quality.

We have had this bag for just over a year and I have had to hand stitch now 5 different areas on this bag back together! For being $50 it certainly has not held up well at all! Would not recommend!

I like it came. On time like it said. It was wrapped I. Dirty paper. And. Smelt really bad I had to deep clean /wash 3 good times to get the odor out but Very disappointed on how. It came ....

Very low quality. Hardly any room inside the pockets. Looks like it would have lots of room with all the pockets but they hardly open up. I’ve had this bag for less than a year and every zipper pill has came off and the big zipper is ripping off completely at the seam. I have taken good care of this bag so no reason it should be breaking like this. When I bought it it was almost $70. Disappointing.

The seam along the large pocket zipper is ripping out creating a giant hole. This bag hasn't even lasted a year. AND it's been a pandemic year with a kid that's not in daycare or anything. So, the bag hasn't even really seen much action... Pretty disappointed. Complete waste of money.

I purchased this diaper bag based off a recommendation from an in-law that this was and excellent quality bag for everyday normal use, I’m finding I’m regretting that decision based upon it has not been able to last three months without starting to rip, the picture shown is month number four and now I Feel I need to buy a new bag because this is embarrassing to send to daycare with my daughter!
