At first I loved this diaper bag because it really helps you stay organized and looks stylish; however, as others have said the stitching especially on the zipper is falling apart. I can only zip mine up halfway now because it's completely pulled apart. I also had a friend who had the same bag and this happened to them as well. Unfortunately, this doesn't live up to the high quality standards of Eddie Bauer because it is a Target product per Eddie Bauer when I called them about the issue.

Had just over a year and the zipper stitching came apart

Bought this bag in December 2019, knowing that it was a budget pick but that it was an Eddie Bauer brand so that it must be good quality. I like the number of pockets including one insulating side pocket. I also liked the idea of the straps to hang it off of our stroller handles, though we rarely used that feature. However after about 4 months, one of the stroller handle straps came unstitched. I tried to fix it with my sewing machine but wasn't able to due to how the strap was put together, so I hand stitched it instead and stopped using that strap altogether. Then a few months after that, the zipper for the main compartment started to come unstitched as well. I'm deeply disappointed in this bag and the quality of the sewing. I don't think I've overstuffed it or abused it with too much weight, at least not more than can be expected for a diaper bag. I do not recommend.

I wish I got something else it’s very hard to get anything out without emptying the bag each time. It’s very tiny it looks like it has a bunch of space but it doesn’t and its already falling apart. I’ve had it for about 5-6 months

I really liked the design and the pockets in this bag. It is comfortable to wear and easy to keep organized. Unfortunately, the quality just isn't there. One of our zippers broke 6mo in and now at around 18mo the bag is falling apart and tearing is a couple of different places.

Nice design, but the quality of the stitching and the way it's put together are lacking. It takes 2 hands to open the zippers because they get stuck on the lining; this isn't very convenient when you're holding a baby. The outer fabric is nice and seems sturdy, but the cheap plastic linings of the pockets are sure to tear because they get caught on the zippers.

Baby is 5 months old and the buckle for the shoulder strap already broke. It also is just not big enough. It looks big on the shelf but the bottom doesn't expand so it is not usable space. But I do love the wipe holder on the outside for easy access.

It’s cute but I hate that no matter how little I have in it, it always tips over. ALWAYS.

Seams started to come apart after only two months of light use! Came apart enough to leave a hole. Exchanged for a completely different brand. For 50 dollars that should not happen.

The zippers broke off within a few months of using it. Very disappointed.
