Outside frame is wrapped metal, so sturdy. Inside is strung "twine" still well made. Bigger than expected, but in a good way. Bulb that comes with it is a warm light. Perfect addition to my seating area.

It’s not a large lamp but the open top makes it so it’s nice and bright.
It’s beautiful! I love it. Looks well made. My only concern was when it was shipped, the items were placed in a box without any bubble wrap or anything to cushion the item. Thankfully they items arrived with no damage and the bulbs were intact.
Got this for my daughters mermaid themed room. I liked the scalloped top to match the scalloped wall treatment I did. It is on her nightstand to use instead of the bright overhead light and lights the room enough for her to read in bed without problem. We have it paired with Google as well using a smart bulb. Works perfectly.
