Loved this product until the 3 mo. mark when the sprayhead control switch stopped working. Lucky we are left withthe spray we normally use, but now we can't change thatfor the other five sprays, which we do use. Hope to get areplacement of this one that will last. But won';t pay foranother.

Like others have pointed out in their reviews the clicker simply stops working randomly and then you're stuck with whatever setting you're stuck with. You could be as gentle as possible it will still stop working randomly some day. For me it first broke less than a month after I purchased it.I figured out how to temporarily fix it by holding the clicker in and then suddenly letting it go, it somehow snaps back in place and works temporarily until it breaks again. At first my fix would let me enjoy the showerhead for a week or so before it breaks again but now I'm having to apply the fix every day, it's at the point where now I don't even bother changing the spray setting and just keep it at mist. But I'm going to try for some other manufacturer's showerhead now.

Stopped switching sprayer settings 6 months after installing

The switch broke after a few months and was stuck on mist.

I don’t usually leave reviews but did for this cheap product. Shower head worked fine for 6 months until the spray setting adjuster quit working. I rarely change the setting either but now it’s stuck on mist. Would not recommend.

Ive had this for a little under a month and it was great when i first got it, but after a few weeks i can no longer change the mode. For a while it was stuck on mist which is not a mode anyone wants to shower under, but i finally got it to change after messing with it for what seems like forever. It doesnt come with a water flow regulator so a lot of water is wasted and it felt like it was going thru more water than what any normal shower head did. I cannot take it apart without breaking it so until a new shower head comes i am stuck with this one. Would not recommend if you are looking to save water or shower under the mist mode.

I got this and it messed up in a week. They sent me a replacement and it also messed up in a week. Feels cheap but works nice when it works. I bought a more expensive one in the end because of how quickly it just stopped working. Home with adults so it wasn’t due to it being messed with too much.

It took a decent amount of time but the shower head cannot change modes anymore. The mechanism always seemed a bit flimsy but it gave out completely. You get what you pay for. It’s now stuck on a highest pressure setting which isn’t the most comfortable but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The media could not be loaded. The button to change settings has already broken. I've had the product for about 8 months.. It was working well and then started to not work occasionally... and now it just totally doesnt work. See the attached video. Otherwise I would have liked this product. I may have just received a defective product...

I liked the product at first but like many others, mine stopped changing modes pretty soon after I bought 2 of these. You get what you pay for. Cheap plastic junk. Would not recommend.
