The media could not be loaded. Got this product a year ago and I already can't change the settings so it's just stuck on mist.

Couldn’t get the shower arm connector to stop leaking . Get all metal hardware if your looking for one of these . Absolute crap plastic junk

I had this same problem of the "knob" not working but, I managed to get it to work by taking off the shower head from the "wire" and then putting it back on. It's quite inconvenient how you have to do that if it stops working but there's a solution so you don't have to buy a new one! Other than that I would 100% give this a 5/5. The setting sprays are amazing!

It was okay when it actually let me switch pressures. After only a month...if that...did it stop letting me switch the pressures as the lever thing stopped working completely so I was stuck using a super agressive pressure to shower. 🙄 Not enjoyable or relaxing. Had to throw it away and spend money on a different shower head.

I liked the pressure of this shower head no doubt. I also like the size, however the button that changes the flow of the water wouldn’t work. It was working briefly, then it just stopped! The company SAYS there’s a warranty. I reached out to them weeks ago and got no reply. Bad business.
