We loved this shower head and were totally bummed when it broke after only 10 weeks. The switch that changes the spray type is what broke, and on the worst spray: the stream spray. So there was basically no spray.

I really wish I could leave a good review, unfortunately I encountered the same problems as I read in other reviews. The shower head was great for a short period of time, then the clicking mechanism you use to switch between the different sprays stopped working and it is stuck on the highest setting.

Shower head was great while it worked, after several months the selector switch failed. No option to contact seller.

Seems like this is a known issue with these shower heads.

It worked great for like 2 months then the little switching part broke :(

The shower stopped working in about 4 months. I am unable to change the setting and it’s stuck on one setting. Disappointed.

this is the best shower head we’ve ever had but i keep having to re-buy them. the button to change modes keeps breaking after just a few months and getting stuck on one mode!!!
