I got this specifically for the one handed button settings change functionality- that button stopped working just over a month after I got it and fortunately I was able to get a new one sent out but now the same thing has happened with the 2nd one.

Product came missing items

Ordered July 2022, it now doesn’t work as of July 2023. Big thumbs down.

That's the switch that changes the sprayer setting. It wouldn't change all the time like the water pressure to to high. It was supposed to save on water, I'm not sure because landlord pays for water. In the future if theres a switch like the on on this shower head don't recommend.

Worked fine but now the lever to switch modes doesn't function. It's stuck on a mode I don't like making the shower head useless now. Would not buy again.

The media could not be loaded. This shower head is such poor quality. Our first one broke within 30 days, the way you switch through the modes broke and it was just stuck on one. Amazon ended up allowing us to exchange it because we were past the return day. Then when we got the second one not only did that one break in the same way, but the part that screws onto the shower arm cracked clear through and just sprayed water everywhere. Never seen that happen on any shower head. Every part of this product is cheap and awful.

Went through 3 of these. A nice heavy spay, but after about 3 weeks they develop a steady drip that you have to put up.

It did not last very long.

The mode changing feature failed after a year of use. I had bought two pieces and one has full mode changing failure. The other shower has issues changing the modes and one needs to play with the button to get it working, seems like it’s going to fail eventually.

This product worked good for a while then the switch to rotate different pressures stopped working and broke off all together. Very cheaply made and will fall apart soon. Go spend your money on a better expensive one that will actually last.
