Advertised as possibly demo or display items. While I don't expect new in the box at that price, I would hope a refurbished or used item would be cleaned more thoroughly. Having visible hair in a component was a turn off. Then there was the problem of no instruction book. How can I check whether all components are present or operational/charging instructions. After the hair incident, I didn't even bother to unwrap the components but opted to return the item. Too bad because the vac got great reviews.

This vacuum has so much suction it's unbelievable! I love mine so much I bought another one for my daughter. My granddaughter asks to vacuum because she loves how lightweight it is. Best vacuum I've ever had.

So easy to assemble! The vacuum head pivots around corners under table legs etc. so it gets every inch of the area you need to clean. There is even a set of "headlights" on the vacuum that help you really see the dirt you have been missing and how it is now gone! The attachments made it handy to clean sliding door & window tracks & hard to reach areas. So lightweight it was breeze to do stairs, especially without a cord to get in the way or limit your reach & have to plug in again. Loving it!

This little gem does just what it says, and won't break the bank. I use it on all floors (cats), and it is very satisfactory. Also makes stairs a breeze

I have purchased four different stick vacuums. Some that also mop, some upwards of $400. This unit is by far, the best. It is easy to use, and does an amazing job cleaning the floor and carpets and rubber mats. The u-joint head allows for a flexibility far beyond others I’ve used. The canister/ filter works wonderfully and is easy to empty and clean. The pieces come apart and allow for a very versatile unit that I have been able to clean every problem area. The battery doesn’t take long to charge and lasts long enough to do my 2600 sq ft house. The wall Mount actually works and is easy to use and I am able to charge the battery while stored. If you are looking for a light, easy to use stick that really works as advertised, this is it.

My independent 83 year old mom was having a hard time using her bulky heavy vacuums. With several failed attempts to identify one that served her needs led me to do some extensive research. I landed on this model and it delivered! It was so Lightweight and user friendly that mom’s tendency to avoid change could not prevail. She quickly went from, “that looks too complicated for my old eyes…” to “I can’t believe I can do it!”The only glitch was learning how to reattach the catch all once she dumped it but that is mostly due to her eyes and it’s gotten easier for her along the way.
