Charges Phone pretty well but the coffee heater doesn't keep the coffee warm.

I couldn't wait for it to get to me as my coffee always gets cold before I finish drinking it. I'm somewhat disappointed. It said to use a flat bottom cup. So far I haven't found a completely flat bottom cup. I can't tell that it keeps the coffee very warm at all. The warmer does get warm but heat doesn't seem to get through cup. I will still give it a try for a little longer before I return. I haven't tried the charger yet.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased! I'm not sure that I received everything that I should have. I do know that I did not receive any instructions or manual. I emailed the company. I was pleased that they responded immediately. They apologized and explained that they were a very small company and that it would take a few days to look into it and get back to me. Well, it's been weeks and I haven't received any explanation, or, a fix. Maybe because they don't have one! I'm obviously not a satisfied customer!

This is a totally dysfunctional product. The warmer doesn't keep coffee warm, and the charger doesn't charge my iPhone.

Does not function as shown in ad. You have to switch from charge to warm. Does not do both at the same time. Cup warmer not sufficient for heating liquids. No comment on charging station because we don't have those kind of phones. Mainly wanted the warmer function. I returned them.

Looks like you can charge and warm at the same time. You can't. Coffee not even luke warm.
