The rubber/plastic cover, on the activator button fell off. This makes it next to impossible to run the blade in and out, making it very difficult to cut boxes with a blade. I definitely don't recommend this POS and now have to rethink the whole "Amazon Basics" concept.

The case cannot hold the blades in place. This product is useless.

This is harder to use and control than a normal box cutter. More expensive as well.Cut my finger using this, I don’t recommend getting it.

I was using this utility knife to cut a cardboard box into pieces today. The locking mechanism, which holds the two sides together, just fell apart, exposing the blade.There is no way I can put this knife back together again, rendering it completely useless.

Everything about this knife is great with the exception of the weak button to take out the blade for use. After just a few uses it fell off. Since the button is rather small, I could not find it. It still works without it, but it is so difficult to press with thin gloves.

Good grip and very easy blade change. A little heavy if cutting down boxes for and hour or too but still nice compared to my old Stanley’s. I plan to buy more.EDIT: in order to change the blade you need to press a small black button. Second time I’m changing the button is missing. Changing becomes a thankless chore. Changed rating from 5* to 1* and there’s away an otherwise goog too.

Not a fan of this item, the handle doesn't secure the blade tight enough causing a safety issue. Would not buy again.

The 4 extra blades did not come with package as states. Also no instructions on how to use or how to change blades if I had any to change that is. Disappointed, not for sure how long one blade will last.

It was very hard to slide to expose the razor blade. I am sending it back.

Very blunt, my old blade I've been using for a while now is just as sharp, or shaper than a new one out of this pack.
