would love to try replacement, since they don't pair together anymore

Only one works and can't get them to connect properly. I would have returned them but I waited too long. Don't waste money or time.

Defective product never charged

I had high hopes for these, but the charging case does not charge, so the headphones can't be charged, hence they are useless.

The product would not take a charge and, therefore, is useless. They are being returned. Also, these are a discontinued model. A newer version is available.
