This invention is either really good for cats and deter them away from scratching your couch. Or it's going to show you that your cat is really weird and likes to stick his paws on sticky stuff! (We have both of those) Overall, the sturdiness of this product is good, absolutely easy to use. We cut them up in small strips and put them on the areas we know our cats scratch the most. The product is clear so you can't see it that easy on the couch. The sizes I thought were worth the price. Overall, when it's time to replace these I will definitely be buying them again. This was a great price and good quality item for a cheap and quick fix.

As a cat owner, I have been struggling for quite some time to find a solution to prevent my furry friend from scratching my couch. Thankfully, I stumbled across a couch scratch deterrent specifically designed for cats, and I have been pleased with its effectiveness.Firstly, what impressed me the most about this product is its simplicity in design. It consists of transparent adhesive sheets that can be easily applied to the areas of the couch most prone to scratching. The sheets blend seamlessly with the couch, and they are barely noticeable. This feature is great for those who want to preserve the aesthetics of their furniture while minimizing damage caused by their cats. The adhesive sheets are thick enough to withstand even the most vigorous scratching attempts. This is vital as other products I've tried in the past would get easily torn, rendering them ineffective. With this deterrent, my couch has remained unscathed even after months of use.One thing to note is that the deterrent may need reapplication after a certain period of time. The manufacturer recommends replacing the adhesive sheets every three to four weeks, depending on the cat's scratching behavior. Although this may seem like a drawback, the affordability of replacement sheets eases any concerns about the ongoing cost. Moreover, the deterrent is entirely harmless to both cats and furniture. It does not involve any unpleasant odors or get in the way of daily activities. I also appreciate the fact that it does not leave any residue or damage the couch when removed. In terms of effectiveness, the deterrent has undeniably reduced scratching significantly. My cat was initially deterred by the sticky surface and quickly learned to avoid the protected areas. Over time, she formed new scratching habits in more appropriate locations, such as a designated scratching post. While this couch scratch deterrent is effective, practical, and reasonably priced, it does have a minor drawback in terms of the duration of its effectiveness. However, this can be easily dealt with by staying on top of the replacement schedule. All in all, this product has truly reduced my cat's interest in scratching my couch and provided a much-needed solution to protecting my furniture. In conclusion, I highly recommend this couch scratch deterrent for any cat owner who is seeking a simple and efficient solution to preserve their couch from their cat's scratching tendencies. It strikes the right balance between effectiveness, practicality, and affordability, making it an excellent investment for both you and

We got this so out cat would stop scratching the door, I meant to get one sided sticky but this works well and is teaching our dog to not jump on the back of the couch. Extremely sticky. I would do a test strip on couch prior to permanent placing. I would also like people to be aware that pet hair will stick to it so it will have to be replaced somewhat often depending on your pets shedding. Very easy to use. Good bang for your buck.

It's sticky, installs easily, and my cat doesn't scratch it. However, she is now chewing the edges of it. Would be even better if it product also had a bitter type taste to deter her new habit.

This product works great, however… Since it’s double-sided, once the cat claws at it, it will start to lift. It also will catch on blankets, clothes etc. which is super annoying and will cause it to lift. Be careful with certain fabrics getting snagged by it bc it can be hard to get off! Once it starts to lift from the cat or fabric getting caught, that is when the cat will most likely bite and tear at it if your cat is like mine. Great product but not the best execution.

Se desprende fácilmente. Mi gato la quita con facilidad y sigue rascando. Está mejor el espray, con ese olor no se acercan.

The product is very sticky but for some reason it keeps coming off the sofa which is annoying and eventually comes off. Not much of a deterrent and makes the furniture look cheaper when you have it hanging
