Looked great, when I took it out of the box it was upside down. After washing basket and removing plastic. I put in the potatoes strips and shook it after 6 minutes, it was already going for 4 minutes to pre heat. When I put the basket back in it didn't light up agian.

I guess I've learned if it's too good to be true it's too good to be true. I have now read that these air fryers have been subject to many recalls and the switch goes bad. In my case the power just stopped and it won't turn back on. Bummer

this was the lousiest product appliance i have ever purchased. it lasted less than 5 weeks and the snarky customer service team basically said "should have bought a warranty" terrible service. terrible product. terrible company. my advice is to forget this website exists, and store it under your contacts as " dont answer" just like you do the mistakes you made in relationships in your 20s. if i could give it negative stars, i would.
