Absolutely NOT Waterproof! Smudges and I have eyeliner under my eyes a few hours later. I like the applicator (kind of like a felt tip brush that isn't hard) but that's about it. Totally wouldn't recommend this eyeliner.

Product was semi-dried out and I could not return it. Completely unacceptable

Do not like this eye liner. Smeared within the first hour or wearing it. I tried multiple times and never worked out. Other affordable products that work much better.

It is tiny, number one. And it goes on unevenly.

Consistency of gray water, leaves virtually no pigment

Product shows it is from 2013, formula is better now, this old one smears everywhere. Luckily for them I’m too lazy to return but your products suck and they’re old

I'm assuming that I would have liked this eyeliner, although I never received it. After 2 or 3 weeks of waiting and trying to track it, I saw that they sent it to another State, and it was waiting for 'pick-up". At least they refunded my money, but I' was left without eyeliner...

This is worse then dollar store eyeliner it rubs off so easily it doesn’t stay on at all total waste of money I hate it
