it had no brush and it it was like a stick

It did not last "all day" when I used it. Honestly, maybe four hours on a hot summer day. Thus, you will need to reapply. I would also not recommend if you get allergies often since it will smudge and come off very easily.

It's a fine eyeliner, but it's not waterproof or resistant which is why I bought it in the first place. I won't be able to wear it.

Not impressed. The brush is thin, and applys well. The liquid eyeliner is not that black, and it flakes off way too easily. Im honestly recommending NYX. The only reason I tried something new is because NYX eyeliner was an add on item or a pantry item. Either way I couldn't just purchase it out right. Super disappointed in my purchase with Revlon.

Unfortunately for me it was Not waterproof nor smudge proof, and it did irritate my eyes. Not a good buy

This product goes on well but I found it ran and caused clumps of it to accumulate in the tear duct area of the eye, looking awful. It's better, I think, for heavy lines and not makeup that looks natural.

This eyeliner smudged, not water proof. I’m in need of a water proof eyeliner because my eyes are very watery... this did not do its job.

The worst liquid liner I’ve ever purchased. It is far from smudge-proof, or water resistant.
