With liquid eyeliner I expect precision, this goes on splotchy and uneven. The wand to apply the eyeliner is garbage, thick, inflexible plastic that feels like painting my face with a twig. I'll stick with my goto eyeliner from no on. :P

Comes of with touch of finger

I really liked the fine applicator, it gives much more freedom and I got it right pretty easily. But the formula sucks, it never dries, so it gets smudged over your face if you touch it, even hours after appling it, this sucks I got home with a lot black spots all over my face.

The application tip is not soft. It could barely hold any of the liquid. You have to dip it back in often. Also my set of eye liner didn't have much ink. Very disappointed.

The last 2 times I've ordered this product I've been using since 2002, it's been a disappointing experience. Something about the formula must have changed. It's a more watered down version of what I had prior, the brush is stiffer, and it's harder to apply that it was ever before period my very black is basically a dark Gray alms I have to wait for it to dry and apply 3 layers to get the black I used to have. Searching for other recommendations now.

Updated::::: Why the 2-stars: I love Revlon Colorstay products but this burns my eyes so much I can't wear it anymore. I bought Mahogany Flame this time. I previously tried Black. This color is much kinder to my small blue/green eyes. This is the best liquid eyeliner brand there is. No smudges, easy to apply [for a liquid, anyways]. THIS EYELINER WILL RUN AND SMEAR. The brush is thin and easy to use, and the makeup comes on dark and precise, so this is great if you want to wear it for 5 minutes to take pictures or something. But if you want eyeliner to walk around in, stay away from this product.

It is so thin and after only a couple hours of wear with eye primer on it is flaking off

I got black and it doesn’t look black enough. It looks like a faded black. I also purchased the ultra fine, and it’s still thick. Pro: sturdy so it makes a straight line but for my hooded eyes it is not thin enough to manipulate how I would like to.
