Loved how many pockets it has, didn't love how two zippers broke within a few months of having it.

There really isn’t a lot of space in this for what I need it for and it looks a lot cuter in the picture that it does in real life

Not as big as advertised

I use this bag all the time. I get compliments on it too. The only complaint I have is it’s pretty cheaply made.. but for the price it’s a pretty good deal

I ordered the color “grey” which according to the product images, I expected a much lighter gray. In reality, it’s a very dark shade of gray. Still cute, but wish the product listing was a more accurate depiction of the true color.

My bag looks amazing and I get tons of compliments. I'm not a fan of the zipper. It gets stuck and now it doesn't close properly. I haven't even had it that long. If it wasn't for the terrible zipper (on the big part), this bag would be perfect.

It would be perfect except the zipper catches and is really cheap. The strap is extremely long, and they added cheap little clips to “hold” it on, but it doesn’t hold the strap. The design is cute, and I wanted to keep it, but the long strap always coming loose and the zipper catching made it not worth it.

I had a ton of water in my pouch. Luckily it didn’t destroy my items.

This bag has a very long strap. The shortest setting does not fit snug on my waist or 40" hip. Otherwise I love how stylist it looks and the different pockets. The bag will not fit big items because the biggest pocket narrows down to nothing towards the bottom, if you know what I mean. It has a wide opening but it doesn't have the same wide opening towards the bottom. It doesn't have any gussets so it is not as spacious. I wish I didn't have to spend the extra money to shorten the straps to make this work. Otherwise it is annoying as it just moves around my hips. It costs as much as the bag to shorten the straps. So I spent twice as much to make this bag work. This bag's man compartment will not fit lot of things at all, unless you are planning on carrying paper thin items and lip balms only. It is very flat and has no width to accommodate anything that is wider than a lipbalm. I wish I returned it to be honest. But since I already shortened the straps its too late. Some companies do not care about customer service at all. I did email the seller to ask details about this bag before buying it and did not get a reply at all.

I ordered and received the black bag with gold zippers. Very cute! But it didn't last and broke after only a week.
