I have chronic neck and shoulder and pain, this is the perfect heating pad that fits perfectly over both shoulders and the neck! It heats up to the perfect temperature on the high setting to relax the muscles. There is a clip in the front that keeps it from sliding off, and even allows me to drape it over one shoulder if needed. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for relief from pain and tight muscles in the neck and shoulders!

I’ve had other neck heat pads but this one is the same quality as my more expensive “name brand” one and has multiple settings to adjust the temp which I love. Highly recommend.
