After over a year of using the timer doesn’t work. It almost burns the house. Piece of junk. I still have it so I could return.

I owned this for less than a year. We didn’t use it often. It didn’t have build up or grease or old food in it. It caught on fire after my daughter put some chicken nuggets in it. It was one of the scariest moments of my life. I should have done more of an investigation or complained to the company but I was just happy my house didn’t burn down. This is my third air fryer and I thought an upgrade but I’ve never had an issue like this.

This is the worst kitchen appliance I have ever bought. DO NOT BUY. It runs so hot you have to lower the temp 50 degrees and cook at least half what the recipe calls for a conventional oven. So disappointed. Same for the other functions (convection and air fryer).

Ordered a TOA-60, received a TOA 55wm. Now I have to take the time to ship it back to get a refund. Worst experience ever.

They sent us TOA-55WN, so we have to return this product to the store.

Stopped working after two weeks. I contacted customer care and they told me they could send me a new one in 10 weeks! Lol

Used it once and returned it before it burned the house down. The rear plastic vents had begun to melt, and the fan was making a loud grating noise. I can only assume that the fan assembly had begun to warp from the heat as well? This thing is too expensive to be designed so poorly.
