According to Total Wireless, hot spots must be scanned at a register by Target to be activated. The device mailed to me had not been scanned. Calls with both Total Wireless and Target.com lead to a service number to try to activate remotely; however, they can't transfer you to it because the number in their system is a disconnected number within Target.
Completely useless just get regular internet you’ll save even more this only lasted me 2 1/2 days and I got a big plan and I was cautious I would turn it off just so I wouldn’t waste the internet

I purchased this online and was unable to use because it was not scanned to activate. I took it to a Target store and they were unable to activate. I am unsure how the device works as it could not be activated so I could use it. Got a full refund for item. Please just purchase directly from the store if possible.
