its a great product, i gave it 4 stars because the only thing it needs to make it perfect is a nice little zip up carrying case instead of the box

Directions are printed so small I can hardly read them. If not for already having one of these it would be really hard to read instructions.

The item is just as advertised, of that I am happy. Would definitely recommend.

so far it works but I think only on vehicles that ran today and the batteries are dead and won't start down the road. I tried it on a vehicle that was down almost a month but it took 3 tries to get it started and it drained the jump pack's battery. I recharged it and it works still.

Seems ok so far, I have not tried to start a vehicle with it yet, but it did charge my phone

Great product! Great to have when you need it.

Got a S-10, haven’t started it in about four or five months, battery totally dead, saw the jump starter kit, thought I would give it a chance, thinking for sure it probably won’t work or at least it would require multiple attempts; read the instructions, connect the cables correctly, turned the key……started right up, no problem! Great for someone who travels a lot, someone who has an older vehicle (& battery), great for college students. Can’t go wrong with the Portable Power Bank; if you don’t like it, you can always return it!

Since I have not used it yet the only thing I can say is the instructions are lacking on how to charge the unit. The price was reasonable.
