I bought and installed it on the same day (Prime membership)!!! Works like a charm. I did have problem on my first try. As the previous review says, the lock would not even turn even by hand. I took it out an reinsert it, the problem went away. Something probably didn't latch on properly. Also, my door closes very tightly by design, so it helps, for doors like that, to pull the door slightly towards you while you're pushing the unlock button. Other than that, everything works as stated. I just wish they had put a button there for a door chime since it already has a speaker there for alarm.

I Purchased this last week. the lock they sent me did look slightly different with different buttons, but was spectacular for the money. Easy install easy set up and this one came with a Bluetooth feature allowing you to lock or unlock for my phone anywhere in the house. Best 40 bucks I’ve spent in a long time!

After 5 years of use, the lock stopped working. A human promptly answered the service phone and arranged to replace the lock, free of charge. Almost unbelievable in these times.

I have had this just over a month now, and it seems to work perfectly. It did not fit on my door, as i have a window in my door, with the slats running across it. I used a dremel tool to route out the area of the molding that was in the way, and made it fit. So if you have a door with a window in it, that runs all the way across it, this will not fit without some modification to the door. Besides that, very convenient and useful product. I give it five stars for working correctly.

Easy to install and works well. My only complaint is it burns through batteries about every 2 months and doesn't give much warning before they are dead. Which may possibly lead to being locked out if you aren't paying attention.

Very easy to assemble & very easy to set up codes. You can have multiple codes as well. Only thing I dislike is you have to hit the top button for the LED lights to come on at night.

Works great.. Worth the money kids don't lose keys anymore and lts easy to provide a temp guest entrance to our home.once they leave l just remove their code or great for one time code plus my doctor has emergency entrance or ambulance or police

Wonderful product to have on home. Holds up to 20 codes (if desired) so each person can memorize their own number. We’ve had on our home for ten plus years and just bought for our daughters home and as a gift.

I found this lock for sale in many places, all with a good rating. Purchased it from Amazon on Monday and it was delivered today. 20 minutes after I opened the package, it was installed and working like a charm. EASY to read/understand instructions and they even gave me a mini screwdriver for that tiny screw closing the battery department. I'm handy but honestly, this lock was a breeze to install. Programming the keypad was very easy as well. Outside of a future electrical malfunction, I can't see this product being anything but a 5 star item. No more worries about lost keys for my teenager and with multiple access codes, we can have our own unforgettable code. Thank you MiLocks. Great product!
