This worked out perfectly for our small hotel. It allows us to give guests an access code to gain entry into the building. After they leave we remove the code. It’s great for when we go out on walks or go out on the boat and now we do not have to take our keys with us to the building. The only thing I wish it would’ve done was required a code to enter a guests code.

I purchased this lock in 3 months ago, wanted to wait for some use before reviewing. The printed instruction sheets are incomplete and difficult to follow, but I was able to find complete instructions on the manufacturer's website, there is an installation video that helped greatly and made the lock easy to install. So far it's working well, not problems with the mechanical/electrical operation, the keypad and key options both work fine. I use this lock on an Airbnb property so the code gets changed often, that process is simple to do. The only negative is that I've started to notice the buttons with the most use are looking a bit worn down and duller than the rest, which over time may make it easy for people to figure out your code if you don't change it. NOTE: this is NOT a smartlock, does not work with phone or remote options, keypad or key access only.

This is a very heavy duty lock with a great finish. I had some difficulty programming it, but the customer service agent for the company was extremely helpful when I called, and we got it working in a minute or less. I bought a second one for our other 4plex, and we shall see how long they last. The keypad locks from Home depot lasted 1 year for the cheapest, 2 years for the more expensive keypad lock from kwikset. If this one lasts 1 uear, it was still a better deal than home depot, costing less than their cheapest model. It was easy to install, a little tricky to program the first time, great operation, smooth and fairly quiet for this kind of lock. I gave it 4 stars for now, til I see how it wears with regular use.

At first I thought it was the way I had attached the faceplate. Third time I put everything back together, I found that it was actually slightly off center, so there is a lean on the top toward the edge of the door. Worth it for the cost and I don't have to worry about my kids continuously losing / forgetting keys.

Great lock. Just needs an auto lock feature and it would be perfect.

I love this lock. Works really well. No more keys! Installed it myself with no problem.

Seems heavy duty and has a solid feel when locking. Installation took 15-20 minutes and programing was quick and straight forward. I like that it lights up in the dark. I hope the electronics work for a long time, knock on wood. I had this for 11 months now and have had only one small glitch. I guess the door jam swelled a little and caused the bolt to jam. I filed a very small amount off the striker plate and it worked fine. I haven't had to replace the batteries yet.
