After reading the reviews I was very skeptical in purchasing this. Not having a lot of room we really needed something that didn’t take up a lot of space. We have had this for a month now and absolutely LOVE it! We have had no issues whatsoever with it and our baby loves it. I do wish it had sound on it but we fixed that by hooking our hatch go to the top bar.

I love Graco products because it seems they are always so easy to put together. This swing is no exception. My granddaughter is 17 pounds and fits very nicely in the swing. We still use the infant head support even though she is 9 months. You can adjust the legs to make it taller or just use it in the shorter position. We like the shorter position so far. The speed of the swing is great. The baby likes it full speed but sometimes I turn it down lower so it is more calming. She usually grunts at me when I do so I turn it back up. Having the toys hanging is a nice feature. Battery operated is great because there is no cord or (dating myself) loud cranking we had years ago. I live with my granddaughter and I love seeing her being able to enjoy the swing. The five point harness makes me feel like she is nice and safe in the swing although regardless we would never leave her alone. This is easy to move to the next room and we do move it all of the time. It fold up easily after use if you need to move it out of the way. We do since we all live together in a pretty small house. If you are short on space this swing is a great option. My advice is to plan ahead and get 4 D batteries so you don't have to wait to use it. We are a family of four renting a small room so we only have a little bit of free space. This swing is very compact and lightweight which makes it very easy to fold and put away so that it won't take up the little space we have. Setting up this swing was super easy, the manual was easy to understand with step by step instructions and pictures. No tools needed everything clicks together securely. My favorite part about the swing is that it is height adjustable which makes it so convenient...I use it full size when I want to put him in the swing and have him higher up and easy to reach to clean the room , make the bed , etc and use it at the lowest height when I want to sit on the floor in front of him to play/sing/talk to him. It is battery operated for ultimate portability needing four D batteries (not included). To turn the swing on you rotate the speed dial up to which ever speed you want and gently push the swing to get it swinging till it adjusts to the speed you chose! My son loves it! The seat is very comfortable and has a removable infant head support. It has a 5 point harness that makes me feel reassured that baby won't somehow fall out and is safe and secure. The weight capacity is 5.5 lbs to 25 lbs. At 4 months & 15 lbs, my baby fits/swings perfectly and will be able to keep using it for months to come. To put away you simply fold the seat and press the two buttons on the side so the legs can fold together. Having a smaller swing to bring when on the go has been something I have really liked. The Graco Slim Spaces™ Compact Infant Swing was very easy to put together and took very little effort. It folds up and has adjustable length legs to accommodate the space and height. Our dog tends to want to sniff her and I can position the swing so the dog doesn’t try to climb in with her. The compact size of the swing makes moving it from room to room or out of the house very simple. The harness allows my daughter to sit comfortably and securely without slipping down while she is sleeping in the swing. I was really impressed by the quiet sound as it is in motion. I was very skeptical about this Slim Space Compact Baby Swing because of previous experience with another brand. I wanted to start with how easy it was to put together, and I did it all by myself! Second, how light this product was and quite honestly how easy, it is to carry from one room to another. This baby swing is easy to adjust and what impressed me is how quiet and how long the battery last! Compared to our higher end swing, this baby swing hands down is the best for busy moms or work at home mom like myself because I don't have to deal with heavy, hard to move baby swings and cord. I can pick this swing up and move it to any room in our home. My son loves this swing, and the material is easy to clean as well. The straps are not difficult to adjust. i really enjoyed this swing. this was for my 7 month old son. he was so excited at what i was doing to the contents out of the box, that he rolled up in his walker and dragged the box with him to the other side of the room and watched me put it together. it was very easy putting together. the seat has a removable infant head support which was very soft and comfortable. as i put my son in the swing, he kept squirming out of the seat. finally he calmed down and allowed me to buckle him in the 5 point harness. i started the swing and the biggest smile and laugh came out. first it started out slow and i made it faster for him. he really enjoyed the toys over his head. i can easy store and fold this and store it away unlike the other baby toys around the house. great for on the go.
