Bought this as a gift for my sister, she absolutely loves it and the noise cancelling feature is AWESOME !!

Love the product itself. The sound quality as well as the battery life is great. However, my package was not complete per the description as advertised. I am missing the in-ear gel that can combine with the over-ear hook. This is disappointing. I've bought this product before from an outside source and the packaging was complete. Hopefully this is something that can be resolved.
