This product is one of the best you have #2 earpiece

Great product but the ear piece is made for a tiny ear. It squeezes my ear so tight that I have to take it off when not in use. They should make them for average sized ears. Otherwise,it works great!

I like the way the head set sits on the outside of my ear, its not like the ones that have to be put inside my ear, I wear the headset from 7:00 in the am till 8 or 9:00 at night.The ones that go inside my ear hurts after a while, I really cannot feel the Motorola its so lite I can't feel it

Item works very well. Not muffled as with others I have tried. Will buy 2nd one. Only thing I found wrong is that it claims to stay on for about 300 feet. It doesn’t, or it has not for me .

With the exception of occasional transmitter disconnects (which require turning the unit off and then on), I've been very happy with it.

The little flipper on the earpiece breaks quite easily. I have bought multiple earpieces over this past year. They do have the best sound with the Motorola earpiece and also excellent battery life

I like that they have enough volume and once the ear piece gets "broken in. they fit better and stay in fairly well. Also you can answer a call and end a call without actually touching your phone. Also they tell you the phone number calling you. I have a couple of different earbuds that don't have that feature.

Most everything is great about this Bluetooth except the flip out breaks after several months of use. I have had several of these break in the 12 months, so I buy 2 at a time. They are useless once the boom breaks.

My third one is arriving today. I did notice that if I leave it in my car the heat makes it more sensitive to breakage. Also I need to gently flip it open and shut. I'm going to treat this one carefully and see how long it lasts. It's too good to switch but if this one breaks I will be sure Motorola knows how unhappy I am all over social media and I will change this rating.
