My family walked to a different aisle so I put it back. Well, guess what?! The quad I rolled is no longer sore while the other quad is still uncomfortable! The GRID STK is amazing for those hard to roll body parts, such as the tops of your thighs or back. This product is super easy to use and compact enough to leave out in common spaces without it taking up too much space.

Got it for my husband who has issues with his calves and thighs, he was impressed with it.

Bought this a couple month ago. I'm a football player so I have a lot of lower body tightness. Great tool to help get the kinks out and travels easy for the away games too.
