I use it in the bathroom. It takes a few hours, but it works. I have not used night mode yet, but it draws the water out. It is perfect for the small bathroom I placed it in. We are having spells of humidity for several days at a time and that is why I purchased it. Thanx

It seems to do the job. Took one star off because there is absolutely no difference between regular mode and night mode on the unit I received. Luckily it is in a place where that is not a big deal.

I've been running four days with maybe a cup of water in tank. Very small and ineffective.

I ran this for 2 full days in my bedroom. We are under a heat dome with stifling humidity. It gathered less than 2 cups of water. Makes me ask is this a weak unit or is something wrong with it?

Bought this as a companion to a large basement dehumidifier. Placed it in living room to help remove more humidity from the air while A/C running. Basement unit runs on a schedule, 6 hours a day, and removed 6 gallons of water from the air over 3 days. Over the same time period, this unit ran 24 hours a day and removed 16 ounces of water from the air. Thought this unit would be good addition to regular unit from reviews but very disappointed in its performance.

Works for what we need and had to get a replacement since the first we bought is now used by my parents.
