We bought this for our summer vacation in Georgia knowing we'd spend some time in the woods. We liked that it didn't leave our skin sticky or greasy. Worked really well.

I have and use both the deep woods and family care. The scent on the deep woods is not as pleasant as the family care, but it offers more percentage of DEET. The deep woods has 25% DEET, where the family care has 15%. If you're needing a higher level.of repellent protection then definitely order the deep woods.
