beautiful item

I have had a very similar microwave in my office for several years and it has been really useful for basic tasks like heating coffee and tea. Galanz makes this same basic model under different brand names, often with slightly different features. I was glad to get this one for such a low price. It arrived quickly, double boxed and with no shipping damage, and works perfectly. My only real complaint about this one is the child lock feature is irritating at first, but it is easy enough to turn off. Another small complaint is that is louder than my older one; I would guess more noise from a different/cheaper transformer and/or magnetron. Overall still 5 stars, an outstanding value at the price.

The microwave is the perfect size.

Original factory box had been re-taped, yellow oval stickers on 3 sides that stated it contained damaged product. Microwave was dented on both top rear corners, top left was bad. Took out of box and tried to test it out. Only way I could get it to turn on was to use less than full power. I've been busy, but will check it out some more. Really didn't expect to get a broken/damaged product. Description had no mention of renewed, re-juvinated, or damaged in description. A little disappointed.

It takes up little room on the countertop, and works well. What more could you ask for?
